Store Manager

37.5 hrs per week. Mon-Sunday (5 days over 7) £27,577

– Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
– Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints – Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

– Proven experience in a retail management role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively – Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and upper management
– Proficiency in sales management to drive revenue growth
– Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and scheduling
– Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
– Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
– Experience in team management to foster a positive work environment.
