Toilets

The customer toilets are located near Next and include two accessible toilets, a changing places room and baby changing facilities.
Customer toilets are also available at M&S.

Water Refill Station

Come and re-fill your water bottle at our refill station situated near the customer toilets.

Free WIFI

Free WIFI is available in the centre.

Shopmobility / Accessibility

Shopmobility is located at the Parking Information Centre in Swan Walk Multi-Storey Car Park, level 2. From there you can hire a motorized or manual wheelchair for use in the town centre by calling the Shopmobility shop on 01403230721. The office is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and 10am – 4pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays. They are closed on Christmas Day. Booking is advisable. Horsham District Council Services.

Customer Service team

We have fully trained staff to deal with any incident, however small, swiftly and professionally to minimize the stress caused to you, a team of security officers patrol the centre at all times. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to make contact with one of them directly, through one of our stores or call 01403 210014 ex 202. The Centre is also protected by CCTV.

First Aid

The majority of our customer service team are trained first aiders. We have a public access defibrillator on site near Carfax entrance. This is located outside of the building to support the town centre visitors 24/7.

Amazon Lockers

Amazon Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your Amazon.co.uk parcels.

Post Office

The Post Office is located inside  TG Jones and offers a variety of services including mortgages, insurance, travel and government services.

Pharmacy

You can find pharmacies in both Boots and Superdrug. Boots opening hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm on Sundays. Superdrug pharmacy is open 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. Please note bank holiday hours will vary.

Photo Booth

The photo booths are located near Next and HDC Wellbeing Centre.

The PhotoMe booths can be used for passport , driving licence and railcard photos plus student id’s.

Cash Points

Cashpoints are available at M&S and  TG Jones.

Car Park

SWAN WALK CAR PARK IS OWNED AND MANAGED BY HORSHAM DISTRICT COUNCIL: 01403 230 721

*Please note that Swan Walk’s lifts are only available during centre opening hours.

Outside of these hours, customers should use the council Medwin Walk stairs and lifts to access the car park.

Swan Walk car park is situated off Albion Way and there are 900 spaces. The car park is open 24/7 Monday to Sunday

Swan Walk car park is a pay on foot car park. Pay Machines are located on Level 1, 2 and 3 of the car park and within the centre near the kiddy rides. If you are parked on Level 4 you will need to visit a and pay machine on another level before exiting the car park.

Swan Walk car park is a ANPR ticketless system, for more information click the Smart Park logo.

Car Park Accessibility

There are designated disabled parking bays situated on level 2 of the car park. Parent and Baby marked car parking bays are located on the third floor Swan Walk car park.
