Toilets
The customer toilets are located near Next and include two accessible toilets, a changing places room and baby changing facilities.
Customer toilets are also available at M&S.
Water Bottle refill station
Come and re-fill your water bottle at our refill station situated near the customer toilets.
Free WIFI
Free WIFI is available in the centre.
Shopmobility / Accessibility
Shopmobility is located at the Parking Information Centre in Swan Walk Multi-Storey Car Park, level 2. From there you can hire a motorized or manual wheelchair for use in the town centre by calling the Shopmobility shop on 01403230721. The office is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and 10am – 4pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays. They are closed on Christmas Day. Booking is advisable.
Cash Points
Cashpoints are available at M&S and WH Smith.
Customer Service team
We have fully trained staff to deal with any incident, however small, swiftly and professionally to minimize the stress caused to you, the customer.
A team of security officers patrol the centre at all times. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to make contact with one of them directly, through one of our stores or call 01403 210014 ex 202. The Centre is also protected by CCTV.
First Aid
The majority of customer service team are trained first aiders. There are also two Public Access Defibrillators on site – neat Carfax entrance. These are located on the outside of the building to support town centre visitors 24/7
Amazon Lockers
Amazon Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your Amazon.co.uk parcels. Lockers are located next to Wilko.
Post Office
The Post Office is located inside WH Smith and offers a variety of services including mortgages, insurance, travel and government services. For post office opening hours, click here.
Pharmacy
You can find pharmacies in both Boots and Superdrug. Boots opening hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pkm on Sundays. Superdrug pharmacy is open 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. Please note bank holiday hours will vary.
Photo Booth
The Photo-Me® photo booths can be used for passport photos, driving licence photos, railcards and Student IDs, and can be found near Next and Wilko.
